We do not always post a live vacancy when we meet someone who should be part of Egger & Co. If you believe you can contribute to the group — across holding, operations, product, or a portfolio company — we welcome an unsolicited application.

Who this is for

Operators, investors, and specialists who work with patience and a high bar. You might come from technology, media, hospitality, or another discipline we own. You think in years, not quarters, and you are comfortable taking responsibility without a tightly defined brief.

What to send

Write briefly: who you are, what you have built or run, and where you could add value inside Egger & Co. A CV or portfolio helps; a long cover letter does not. Tell us the kind of work you want to do and the markets you know well.

How we respond
